CONSULTANCY
At EDL Steel Structure, we provide a pre-engineered steel building and steel structure construction solution with a strong commitment to quality and progress.
In particular, consulting is the first important step to give our customers the solution that best suits your needs.
The consultation process is a tight two-way interaction between our consultant team and our customers. In which, we will base on project’s features to propose:
DESIGN
Based on agreed terms from phase 1 – Consulting, EDL engineering team will carry out the design phase based on the latest American and European pre-engineered steel buildings and steel structures, including:
- Technical design
- Production design
- Erection design
FABRICATION
The third phase is steel section and accessory manufacturing. After receiving production drawings from the technical department, EDL factory will start the manufacturing process.
We focus on improving quality, productivity & process time through scientific and engineering practices.
We will introduce the production processes of 3 main parts that build up a pre-engineered steel building including:
- Primary members: beams, columns.
- Secondary members: purlin, door.
- Sheeting: roofing sheet, cladding, wall
In addition, EDL factory also produces accessories such as
downspout, valley gutter, eave gutter, canopy, etc.
ERECTION
The final stage of a pre-engineered steel building, steel structure project is site erection. The components and accessories will be delivered from the factory to the site by ground transport. At the construction site, Here, EDL team of professional site engineers and erection teams will complete the project on
schedule with the highest technical and safety requirements
