Epsilon Developers Ltd.’s Strategic Objective is aimed at achieving zero accidents. We strategically aim at safeguarding all our staff, subcontractors, suppliers and clients on all
our sites on the following relevant subject areas below;
1. Workmen Safety:

• Achieve 0% FAC (FIRST AID CASES)
• Achieve 0% LTI (Loss Time Injury)
• Ensure 0% Fatality

Action: We shall enforce effective supervision of PPE usage no matter how small a job is to maintain 0% FIRST AID CASES. We will continue to plan effectively for every job, visit the site before job kick-off, perform risk assessment and develop a safe method of work for the team, however small the job is, to maintain 0% LTI. We shall enforce daily toolbox talks before the start of every activity. By these, we are confident of 0% Fatality.

2. Environment:

• Meet all basic environmental regulatory requirements

Action: We shall continue to encourage waste segregation on all our sites in our quest to comply with basic environmental regulations. Again, we shall continually implement a proper maintenance policy and plan to reduce our contribution to greenhouse gas emissions into the environment.

3. Health Objective:

• Achieve 0% health-related incidents

Action: We shall insist on fitness-to-work medicals and integrate a yearly program to maintain the fitness of our employees at all times. Periodically, we will engage health professionals for health screening and educating our employees. Personal protective equipment that will safeguard the health of our people shall be purchased and supervised for their effective use
